**The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agent Assistant are**:

- Supports agents by maintaining & building their prospect pipeline by utilizing EPIC and CRM databases.
- Quoting new business proposals, as needed, for **personal lines insurance** and **life insurance**:

- Actively Cross-Sell of Home/Auto/Life (if licensed) policies to existing policyholders.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in P&C insurance _preferred _
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License within 60 days of hire
- Ability to obtain Life license within 12 months of hire
- Ability to learn new computer programs & multi-task
