- In the role of **Human Resources Representative**, we'll count on you to:

- Assist Area HR Manager and area HR team with a variety of HR-related tasks
- Coordinate and conduct new hire Onboardings to include completion of new hire paperwork and verify I-9 documentation as needed
- Coordinate and conduct offboarding and processing of terminations
- Assist with answering employee requests and questions relative to standard policies, procedures, benefits, hiring, etc., and refer more complex questions to Area HR Manager
- Provide support with the compilation and analysis of a variety of Human Resources information and data
- Administratively track intern recruiting process from start to finish through to hire and onboarding
- Assist with the coordination of professional development training for staff
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Review employee queries periodically for accuracy of information, to include running HR reports
- Perform other duties as needed, to include special HR projects

**Preferred Qualifications**

Associate's degree

LI-KV1

**Required Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees and management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word and Excel or similar programs
- Basic understanding of business activities
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
