**Responsibilities**:
Handle tenant relations, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.

Creating and overseeing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants.

Manage financial aspects, including rent collection and bill payment.

Coordinate property inspections

Create and Coordinate Service Orders, Repair and/or Maintenance requests.

Maintaining files and filing/ Scanning

Scheduling Meetings & Organizing Calendars

Assisting supervisors with all other duties assigned

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in property management.

Knowledge of NY real estate laws and regulations (DHCR, Rent Stabilization and Rent Control Laws)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Proficient in property management software (Rent Manager), Excel, word, Outlook and Powerpoint.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour ( Willing to increase based on qualifications and experience)

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
