Then consider joining the Legislation and Communications team at the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) as a Special Projects and Campaign Marketing Analyst. In this role, you will perform analytical duties and marketing tasks related to the execution and implementation of DOR enterprise initiatives, statewide marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, a department-wide rebrand/marketing initiative, a rebrand of the vocational rehabilitation division, and a statewide anti-stigma campaign focused on individuals with disabilities.
- Under the director of the Public Information Officer II, the analyst will work with DOR communications staff and outside vendors to create and coordinate marketing collateral and external and internal communications related to special project initiatives and campaigns. Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations for the executive team, coordinate and support project workflow throughout the design, development, and implementation phases of special project initiatives and campaigns. The analyst will provide support in the following areas: copywriting and editing; basic graphic design; and market strategy development, planning, and research. Analyst will assist communications team with delivering rebranding and marketing concepts and information to external and internal stakeholders via written communication and in-person and virtual presentations.
- This position does qualify for telework with the office designation as Sacramento-Central Office. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Office of Legislation and Communications and is based on DOR’s evolving telework policy. DOR supports telework, recognizing that
