Associate Marketing Director

Crandall Associates is an executive search firm, conducting a search for an _**Assistant Marketing Director**_. This role is located in midtown Manhattan, and is hybrid (3 days/week in office).
Our client is an organization that provides retirement and insurance products, and _**they would like their hire to have experience in those verticals**_.
**Responsibilities** for this role include:
- Assist in managing projects with design agency including website enhancements, brochures, social media content, and videos.
- Use data-driven insights to identify and deliver effective marketing campaigns, enhance the user experience, and increase conversion rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of professional experience in marketing roles within the financial services or non-profit world.
- Experience working for a Jewish-based organization a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively tell a story or convey a message in clear, concise language for print and digital channels.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
