This team member collaborates with the operations team to design, execute, train, and evaluate strategic clinical initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for developing methods for measuring clinical outcomes and supporting clinical initiatives to support quality service delivery provided to families/clients of HHF.
- Provide support and mentoring to Clinical Directors based on HHF Clinical Standards by assuring consistent execution of established standards in compliance with scientific evidence, ABA practice guidelines and funding source requirements.
- In coordination with the training team, develops and implements trainings, for new and existing Clinical Directors and BCBAs, on Helping Hands Family Clinical Quality Standards.
- Reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly Quality and Outcome Metrics/KPIs for the region.
- Recommend and assist in implementation of the latest evidence based practices across the assigned region.
- Assist in Clinical Quality Assurance checks and make clinical recommendations based on results of assessments. Conduct IOA on Clinical Quality Assurance reviews in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives for parent engagement and treatment adherence.
- Coordinate the submission of posters and workshops for national and local conferences.

**Qualifications**

**✔** 8+ years of experience as a BCBA, with experience managing clinical operations.

**✔ **Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field is required.

**✔ **BCBA Certification required plus state license (if applicable).

**✔ **Strong communication and presentation skills.
