Summary: Directly involved with every aspect of our FED projects thru installation. Responsibilities will include, working directly with the sales and project management team; factories, rep groups, subcontractors and fabricators.
Essential Duties:

- Identify equipment, materials, labor, and logístical requirements and verify and confirm relevant information pertaining to equipment, utilities, access, and other details
- Review, explain, and discuss with client the schematics, spec sheets, plans, and other requirements, as needed.
- Dispatch field technician, installer, and/or Project Manager to conduct site survey in order to obtain accurate information, as needed.
- Identify specific trade/s and logistics required to complete service requests and search and contact trade specific subcontractors who are local to worksite.
- Maintain contact information of trade specific installers nationwide and review performance based on previous jobs, when applicable
- Seek new vendors with lower pricing, better warranty, and shorter lead times
- Prepare, send, and receive RFQs from manufacturer reps, and other equipment vendors
- Prepare and send scope of work to multiple installers and various trades as required to complete bids, quotes, and estimates.
- Receive, review, and negotiate bids, quotes, and estimates.
- Set mark-up on equipment, labor, and freight.
- Discuss mark-up and proposal details with Manager of Facilities, if needed.
- Prepare and send Letter of Proposal to client via AutoQuotes format and receive and execute, order approved proposal.
- Coordinate installation dates with the client/Facilities Manager, General/Restaurant Manager, installers, and Project Manager, when needed.
- Discuss and review the deliverables and scope of work with Project Manager, as needed.
- Provide clarifications, directions, and instructions to installers and/or Project Manager inquiries during installation.
- Provide work order reports, pictures, and other pertinent details regarding the completion of installation to client.
- Assist customers with operational, equipment, and service related inquiries.
- Assist with problem resolution on equipment and warranty related services and handle and resolve customer and vendor inquiries and/or grievance.
- Maintain and organize inventory control of all stocks, pending orders, and service requests.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Preferred**:Previous experience with AutoQuotes, OneNote and RFQ’s. Ability to read schematics, spec sheets and plans and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments
