Job Summary:

The Janitorial Specialist provides cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and supply restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors

• Maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, and ceilings

• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage

• Notify Manager of minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems

• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and management

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
