**Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to**:

- Provides HOA Board Consultation in a professional manner
- Practice and adhere to Bay Property Services, Inc. Service Level Mission and Vision.
- Acquires and maintains current knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes and the community’s documents, polices, and procedures.
- Provides administrative, operational and managerial advice to Board of Directors.
- Build and promote strong relationships between yourself and the community.
- Ability to run a Board or Annual Meeting and creates monthly management reports, which depict the actual condition of community amenities, progress of specific key initiatives, and makes clear and concise recommendations.
- Provides regular updates of open items and ongoing reporting to the Board regarding collections, ACC requests, compliance, service request and work order activity.
- Assist the Board with finding and hiring contractors, reviewing the contracts, and monitoring and assuring work was done as described.
- Assist the Board in hiring insurance carriers to maintain and protect the community.
- Approve payment to vendors providing service to community association.
- Develop and submit complete and accurate annual budget(s), meeting all deadlines and demonstrating thorough analysis and consideration for the goals of the association.
- Community Association monitoring, including onsite visits, to ensure the highest standards are maintained for common areas and that the violation process is upheld to in compliance with the community documents.
- Ability to work with accounting team to complete and submit monthly financial reports to the Board.
- Professional conduct in all situations. Ability to analyze, assess, and deal with in a professional manner situations that may be difficult and/or potential problems.

**Qualifications**
- Current Illinois state community association manager license required
- Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) required.
- CAI designation(s) strongly preferred**.**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
- Illinois CAM (Community Association Manager) License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- New Lenox, IL 60451 (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- New Lenox, IL 60451: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in New Lenox, IL 60451
