The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next **IT Manager
- Regional. **This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.
Based out of our Florida offices, the** IT Manager-Regional **is** **responsible for all aspects of the IT systems for Napleton’s Florida area dealership and working with the corporate IT in establishing and enforcing common best practices.
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is affiliated with over 25 brands of new vehicles and 50+ dealerships throughout seven states. Our strength comes from the more than 3,500 employees nationwide. We are currently the tenth largest automotive group in the country, providing incredible growth opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:
- Install, design, and configure operation system components in our local and cloud-based networks.
- Provide assistance with computer network interfaces, installation, and maintenance of computer and software systems, and maintain computer system security.
- Work to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computers and digital equipment.
- Proficiency in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- Manage firewall rules and support virus protection systems.
- Manage inventory of computer hardware, software, and licenses.
- Maintain phone system configuration and equipment.
- Document maintenance per regulatory guidance.
- Manage and mentor local IT in the support of these responsibilities.
**Job Requirements**:
- Four years of previous experience in system administration is preferred with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Associate or higher degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11 preferred
- Ability to learn new software systems and interact well with co-workers and Napleton employees.
- Computer and networking skills.
- Experience handling Cisco switches, catalyst switching.
- Hands-on experience implementing Cisco technologies.
- Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis.
- Occasional travel (mostly local) required.
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Preferred Experience with Fortinet firewalls and Ubiquiti access points but not required.
