As Front Office Manager, you would be responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
- Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events
- Respond to guest’s special requests, needs, problems, issues and concerns and accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Implement company and franchise programs, policies, procedures and manage the operations of the Front Desk and transportation to ensure compliance with DoubleTree by Hilton SOP’s, maximize revenues, and motivate team members to ensure an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are provided to the hotel customers.
- Resolve guest complaints; anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues by conducting a thorough investigation to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and quality.
- Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for others.
- Authorize revenue allowances to remedy problems only after other alternative solutions have been offered.
- Monitor and maintain the Front Office systems and equipment to ensure their optimum performance.
- Complete audit procedures, as needed.
- Must work the front desk as needed.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Maintain a safe guest and work environment and protect the hotel asset.
- Perform any other job related duties assigned.
