The Financial Practitioner I, under general supervision, executes complex clerical, accounting, financial and customer service duties.

**What you need to know**

**Salary**:Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire’s experience.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seven years of experience in a specialized financial field such as accounts payable, payroll or student accounts.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

**Essential Duties/Tasks**

**Student Employee Supervision**
- Supervises up to 12 student assistants.

**NSC Aggie Card Management**
- Manages the process for printing and delivery of all NSC ID cards, including reviewing submissions, preparing spreadsheets, pulling reports, and scheduling work.

**Aggie Card Online Photo Submission**
- Monitors and approves/rejects photos submitted through myaggiecard.tamu.edu.

**Aggie Card Reconciliation/Aggie Card **Inventory and Supplies**
- Completes reconciliation of cards produced and card stock.
- Reconciles staff and student billing charges.
- Tracks card stock, printer supplies and maintenance schedule for card printers.
- Processes late fee waivers.
