**Overview**
You will act as a primary client/trade service representative managing client operational experience with Deutsche Bank across all Foreign Exchange products. Ensuring to minimize operational risk in conjunction with all pertinent Bank Controls. You will work with both Front Office Trading & Sales, Middle Office/Sales Support and Back Office Operations in India to ensure any escalations are reviewed and resolved timely. Partnering with Internal Teams such as Anti Financial Control, Risk and Control, Client On-Boarding, Legal etc.

**What You’ll Do**
- Create a Monthly Metrics Pack for the Business related to trades paid from Suspense as well as Third Party Payment instructions
- Draft Net Present Value (NPV) agreements, when required, ensuring relevant approvals from the Front Office have been received and are verified and validated
- Engage with the Front Office to review operational processes, static data and assist with resolving client disputes. Assist with coordination of relevant global teams when high profile sensitive payments are required
- Work with India colleagues to assist in resolution as well as escalations
- Become a senior escalation contact in US Hours for all Foreign Exchange (FX) Settlement issues that may arise
**Skills You’ll Need**
- Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office / Excel) and communication skills, Structured Query Language (SQL) Knowledge helpful but not mandatory
- Keen listening and comprehension skills to be able to ascertain and deduce issues
- Relevant experience in Foreign Exchange knowledge preferable
- Willingness to deal with multiple internal areas to forge strong relationships
- Ability to handle escalations in a professional and timely manner

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as the ability to get to the point quickly and resolve issues
- Collaborative team player willing to possibly cross over to learn new products
- Assertiveness and competence in dealing with Front Office colleagues
- Self-starter and being proactive to highlight and escalate issues as they arrive
