The primary focus of this position is to work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.

Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong computer skills are needed, as are excellent telephone skills. Extra points for an upbeat, positive personality.

This position will report to the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, while partnering with other managers, agents, and administrative staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help prepare for and execute all marketing strategies
- Assist in implementation of various digital marketing strategies
- Conduct market research
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, sales performance, etc.)
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success
- Post on all social media accounts on a regular basis, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. (Canva experience a plus, but not required)
- Answer to customer service concerns on social media platforms (comments, messages, posts) and/or direct said concerns to the customer care team
- Coordinate all printing jobs with different vendors (printing companies and other)
- Maintain marketing material and inventory
- Build-up our team culture by assisting with new team-member onboarding, coordinating celebrations, care packages and events

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Passion for making the customer's experience seamless and positive
- Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that are described as professional, articulate, and polished
- Moderate experience with CRM customer tracking software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years experience in a marketing role

**Preferred Job Qualifications**:

- Real estate office experience and/or a real estate license is not required, but is definitely a plus
