**Work Schedule**
- Weekends: Available to work day or evening shifts.
- Weekdays: Available to work afternoon and evenings.

**Remote Position **(with ability to commute to Springfield VA for training and occasional meetings).

**Flight® is**:An indoor adventure park for all ages featuring trampolines, ninja warrior courses, dodgeball, climbing structures, laser mazes, ice skating, Go-Carts, and more - all under one roof.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform outbound calls to businesses and/or Guests.
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to mult-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately enter data into systems.
- Fluent in English - oral/written/comprehension

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
