- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and work collaboratively and proactively to address any issues
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule, assess staff performance providing positive and constructive feedback
- Maintain schedules to order supplies and maintain stock inventory appropriately
- Only feed people food you would, yourself, eat or serve your loved ones
- Comply with and strictly enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards - keep a clean kitchen as much as possible
- Maintain a positive, collaborative, respectful and professional approach _always _with coworkers and customers

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a Chef
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Excellent record of kitchen cleanliness and staff management
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
- Familiar with industry’s best practices and trends
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Some professional Culinary science experience/degree or related certificate would be a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
