**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Home Lending line of business to identify key areas where GenAI and LLMs can add value and drive innovation.
- Oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and data science teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI tools and systems.
- Manage cross-functional relationships to foster a culture of innovation and ensure the successful adoption of AI technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Innovative mindset with a passion for technology-driven business transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing AI or ML solutions in a business context, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Proficient in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of data governance and ethical considerations in AI, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in addition to adherence to JPMorgan Chase policies and procedures
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to facilitate effective collaboration across different departments.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Strategy/consulting background helpful, but not required.
- Experience in Home Lending preferred.
