Office Manager/sales Assistant

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Manage office operations and administrative duties efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- **Sales Support**:

- Prepare and process sales orders accurately and promptly.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to convert them into orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors to the office.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
- Assist in generating invoices, statements, and other financial documents as needed.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
- **General Support**:

- Support the management team with various projects and tasks as required.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Participate in occasional off-site events such as trade shows or customer visits.

**Qualfications**:
No experience needed, we can teach you everything you need to know.

**Pay**:
**Starting Pay $18-$28 per hour.**

Starting Pay will be based on experience.

All positions are guaranteed a $3 raise after 90 days.
