A Tatte Café Manager will work with a passionate team of Front of the House team members on an opening, mid or closing shift dedicated to the overall guest experience. The Café Manager will work side by side with the front-of-the house team by leading and inspiring them to exceed our guest’s expectations at every opportunity. This will be achieved by providing exceptional service that is authentic, genuine, warm and welcoming while upholding the execution of Tatte service and product standards.

**Your recipe for success**:

- Six to twelve months experience in a supervisory position within a high volume "polished" restaurant and/or café. (preferred)
- Strong passion for people, food, coffee and pastries.
- A desire to provide our guests with an exceptional and unique experience at every opportunity.
- Engaging, warm and welcoming communication skills and presence.
- Desire and ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Please note that our Georgetown Café will be opening in July 2024. Any training that will take place prior to July will occur at another one of our DC-area cafes

Pay: $22.50 - $24.50 per hour
