Responsibilities & Qualifications:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
- Develops and manages detailed work plans, schedules, changes to scope and milestone deadlines, project estimates, project budgets resource plans, and status reports.
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Meets regularly with business and technology owners to define business and technical requirements and develop corresponding implementation plans.
- Plans course of projects, including milestones, resources required, cross-functional dependencies, use of technology and tools and document in project plan, following established project management methodology.
- Proactively manages project dependencies, risks, action items and blockers. Communicates and escalates as needed.
- Assists the team to remove roadblocks and manages dependencies.
- Manages team data, metrics and analyzes trends.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**- 5-10 years of experience.
- ** Active **Top Secret** clearance with a CI Poly.**:

- A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field.
- Any relevant project management related experience.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
