**Responsibilities**:

- Consults with Leadership team to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Posts job openings internally and externally via Indeed
- Works with Marketing to post jobs on social media platforms
- Schedules face to face interviews with Leaders
- Manages applicant tracking software and ensures it’s being used efficiently and effectively
- Works within the community to attend Career Fairs (i.e. local high schools and trade schools)
- Sends weekly recruiting updates to Leaders; tracks up to date recruitment activity on Monday software
- Communicates with new team members about 1st Day expectations
- Conducts 30/60/90-day check-ins with new team members
- Creates monthly Company Newsletter and posts on Teams
- Manages our Indeed and Glassdoor accounts/reviews
- Other duties as assigned by Manager

**Pay and Benefits**:
