Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various office tasks. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: - File and maintain documents in an organized manner - Type and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports - Assist with data entry and record keeping using QuickBooks - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Assist with office supply inventory management - Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned Requirements: - Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of office procedures and equipment - Experience with medical office operations is a bonus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
