Trucking Dispatcher

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and dispatch drivers and vehicles to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor and track the progress of deliveries using TMS
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on delivery status
- Troubleshoot problems occured at terminals and communicate with customer and drivers to ensure timely extraction of shipment
- Manage fleet operations, including scheduling maintenance, auto insurance and repairs
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize delivery routes and improve efficiency
- Utilize available software to input and retrieve data related to dispatch operations
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **Air Terminal pick up** and fleet management principles and practices
- Proficiency in TMS and other relevant software (MS Office, Google Suites etc)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and team members
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and experience using phone systems for dispatch purposes
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics operations
- Attention to detail to accurately track deliveries and maintain records
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual preferred.

Note: Experience in the freight industry is highly desirable.
