**Geographic Area Specific** You would primarily work with our clients moving to or from our "southern" service area, which centers on the greater Harleysville/Lansdale area. SOME work may be in other areas. Most work happens on-site in client homes, with about ½ - 1 day each week in our Allentown office for project management, mentoring, and staff meetings.

- Has project management, event planning, or other coordination experience
- Has a positive demeanor and is happiest when the job is a little different every day
- Is active and energetic - likes to be on their feet and energize others
- Has a compassionate and caring personality towards everyone and is able to contribute to a JOYFUL move process (for our clients, for your team members, and for our professional referral partners)
- Is comfortable navigating basic computer programs and learning new skills
- Bonus if you have experience living/working with or supporting adults over 65
- Bonus if you have interest in organizing, home design, art hanging/display, and making spaces beautiful and functional

**Pay range and schedule**:$20/hr during training and shadowing period, increasing to $25/hr when you begin leading your own projects. We also compensate for travel time and mileage. We’re looking for someone ideally in the ~25-35 hr range to begin, with the possibility to increase to full-time in the future. This job is extremely flexible - you tell us when you can work and your target hours, and we match you up with jobs to meet those goals and your schedule. Your schedule will differ week to week, and can be flexible around your other obligations and life events. No holidays, evenings or weekends. NO heavy lifting. While we don't currently offer health insurance or other tangible benefits besides pay and flexibility, we intend to offer healthcare for qualifying employees within the next year.

**About the Job**:
Move Managers/Team Leads are the key contact with the client on a move, downsize, or home clear-out project. They might also work as Associates under other Managers, in sorting for downsizing, packing, unpacking, organizing, art hanging, and more. They are project managers, team leaders, and caring and compassionate supporters of our clients. They are prompt, professional, and efficient, with excellent communication skills. Many of our clients are over 65 and facing the process of downsizing from a family home. Some of these moves are to stunning, high-end communities where they are opting for an active, luxury lifestyle. Others are going through challenging life changes due to illness or loss of a spouse. Because of this, empathy is essential and all project must be approached without judgment

We have a large service area between Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton and western Bucks counties, and travel is a must, since our work is done in the client's current or future home. Carpooling and company vehicles are also available for your use.
