**Job Overview**:*

Emerald Equipment Systems is seeking a talented and motivated leader to join our operation in Harleysville, Pennsylvania in an effort to build one of the strongest brands in the crushing, screening, and conveying supply industry. This role is responsible for the management and operation of Emerald Equipment Systems Parts Division warehouse facility in Harleysville, Pennsylvania. The operational goals and requirements for this role include but are not limited to the below:
**Responsibilities**:*
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff in daily operations
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Implement and optimize inventory management procedures
- Coordinate transportation planning and logistics with third-party providers (3PL)
- Develop production planning strategies to meet operational goals
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures for warehousing activity at Emerald Equipment Systems
- Inventory management - managing receipt of goods, managing daily outflow of goods through sales or material requisitions, ensuring stock on shelves is orderly and properly identified, cycle counting, reporting of issues with internal orders or deliveries by vendors
- Picking & packing boxes, pamphlets, and pallets for processing orders. Utilizing computer systems to book shipments with UPS and other carriers
- Working in tandem with Warehouse Associates to achieve daily tasks as required, delegating responsibility where necessary but ultimately working together to achieve a common goal
- Safe operation of stand up lifts/cherry pickers and sit down forklifts
- Willingness to learn and operation of a conveyor belt slitter to manufacture custom conveyor belts to serve our team and customers
- Utilization of power tools, hand tools, and importantly tape measures
- Utilization of computer systems (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent time management abilities
- Willingness to speak out to improve upon daily operation within the guidelines of standard operating procedures
- Treat the warehouse and team as if it were your own
- Reorganization of warehouse racking & staging as required for necessary operational change
- Safety culture mindset
- A desire to grow and expand roles and responsibilities as the company expands and grows

**Skills**:*
- Proficiency in shipping, receiving, and transportation management
- Knowledge of freight handling and logistics
- Strong supervisory skills for managing warehouse staff
- Expertise in inventory management practices
- Ability to plan and optimize production processes
- Proven track record in process improvement within a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with transportation planning best practices

**Pay: $25-30.00 per hour**
