Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phone calls quickly and professionally
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with file management and organization
- Schedule jobs in the dispatch system (jobber)
- Providing administrative support to owner
- Notify customers of any schedule changes
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Take payments over the phone
- Upload forms to jobber

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in office management or as an office clerk is preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Punctual/Dependable
- Work in a residential office space with owners

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
