As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support throughout the clinic. Ensuring a smooth flow throughout the clinic is key to providing the best care we can for our patients.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining the schedule
- Ensuring patients attend their scheduled appointments
- New patient intake and communications
- Verifying insurance coverage and providing explanation of benefits to patients
- Handling and processing authorizations
- Assisting with other billing department functions

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
