We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute meticulous data cleansing processes to uphold the accuracy and integrity of datasets.
- Employ advanced data optimization techniques to enhance the overall quality of our information assets.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse data sources, consolidating them into unified datasets.
- Utilize data profiling and validation methodologies to pinpoint and rectify inconsistencies or errors.
- Optimize data integration workflows, driving efficiency improvements and reducing processing time.
- Establish and uphold data quality standards by implementing robust data governance practices.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to gather insights into industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management, data management, including proficiency in cleansing and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills essential for identifying patterns within datasets.
- Knowledge of data profiling and validation techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, rStudio
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise summarization of findings, results, and ideas.
- Experience with market research experience, exemplary communication abilities, acute attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving (preferred)
- Proficiency in optimizing data workflows to drive efficiency.

**Salary**:$21-$23 per hour

Pay: $21.63 - $23.08 per hour
