**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. The Laborer will assist and support Creekside with daily activities pertaining to construction. This position will include a variety of tasks ranging from jobsite cleaning, framing, demo, and custom carpentry work.

**Duties**:
Perform various physical jobsite duties assigned for the day.

Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials

Moving or using tools, equipment, etc. as directed by your Supervisor.

Demolition may be required on a per job basis

Performs some specialized tasks which may require on the job training

Digging trenches

Cleaning and preparing construction sites

Assisting skilled trades in their duties

Following instructions from Supervisor

**Qualifications / Skills**:
Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.

Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety.

Able to receive and follow instructions as well as communicate with coworkers.

Ability to read and interpret a tape measure accurately.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fairly well.

**Minimum Education / Training**:
Highschool Diploma / GED is an asset but not required.

Ability to safely operate various vehicles and equipment if necessary.

Some previous experience necessary and preferred, but you will receive some on-the-job training.

Drivers License

**Other**:
Attendance and punctuality are a requirement.

A positive attitude with the desire to continue to learn and grow with a team

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid biweekly

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
