**Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain accounting policies
- Financial Statement preparation, ownership and review
- Leadership for ADP payroll and GL accounting
- Ownership of month-end close
- Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities
- Key partnership with finance organization for teaming on consolidation of actuals and forecast
- Audit, Tax and Government compliance lead
- Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies
- Review/update internal controls, and maintain oversight over G/L data
- Seek out and continue to look for ways that G/L and closing processes can be automated or improved to create and improve efficiency across the accounting organization
- Ensure balance sheet account reconciliations and ongoing monitoring and governance
- Drive results to meet individual, team, and department objectives
- Performs other accounting related duties as assigned by management.
- Collaborates with others on special projects.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
- 10+ years of experience
- Costpoint experience and Unanet experience
- Leadership of a team
- CPA
- Strong analytical skills, research skills, and business acumen
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with proven ability to spearhead projects with mínimal supervision
- Comfort working through ambiguity and in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong communication skills

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

- Sitting for long periods
- Standing for long periods
- Ambulate throughout an office
- Ambulate between several buildings
