Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- follow our provided curriculum and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
- Assess and monitor student progress to ensure understanding of the curriculum
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
- Utilize creative teaching methods to engage students in the learning process
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior

**Experience**:

- Bilingual proficiency
- Writting, reading, speaking Spanish and English
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage students
