**Overview**

Genesee Lake School, a MyPath company,** **is a nationally recognized employee-owned provider of educational, vocational, and therapeutic residential services. These programs support adolescents, teenagers and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and complex trauma. As an **_Assistant Program Supervisor_**, you will assist the Program Supervisor to:

- Ensure appropriate supervision of students.
- Maintain the required ratio for coverage.
- Fill open shifts as needed.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Train new staff
- Communicate information.
- Work coverage shifts, providing direct support and behavior management to our students.
- Complete other tasks and projects related to the daily operation of the program.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's preferred.
- Demonstrated skills working with children and/or adolescents having developmental and behavioral disabilities with associated emotional, neurological, and intellectual disorders. A minimum of one year of experience.
- Supervisory experience or training is a plus.
- A valid Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

**Schedule & Benefit Information**
- This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position that requires availability to work _both_ 1st and 2nd shift, as well as alternating weekends, double shifts, and a holiday rotation.
