Billing & Collections Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Collection & Billing Manager to join our team. The Collection Manager will oversee and manage the CAM (Client Account Management) team of approximately 6 people. and growing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the collections team to achieve collection targets
- Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquencies
- Conduct credit analysis and assess the creditworthiness of customers
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software to track and monitor accounts
- Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette during customer interactions
- Conduct account analysis to identify delinquency trends
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving payment issues
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline the revenue cycle management

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in credit analysis, financial services, or related field
- Proven experience in managing a team, effective measurements, setting OKRs
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and revenue cycle management
- Proficiency in using accounting software for collections purposes
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in account analysis and customer service roles is preferred
- Background in medical billing is a plus

Pay: $91,173.00 - $101,173.00 per year
