**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the team, data entry, scanning, mailings
- Maintain paper and electronic files including uploading files into electronic database, updating client info on tax software, creating and sending files using secure portal
- Order and stock office and kitchen supplies, assist in maintaining clean office, etc.
- Make occasional trips to post office and bank
