Accupac is looking to hire a Site Director to oversee operations at its Mainland, PA facility.

  • Manage all aspects of Accupac's main production hub in Mainland, PA.
  • Oversee Manufacturing & Compounding, Packaging, Warehouses, Maintenance, Engineering, Cleaning, and Sanitization activities.


Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage a team of 500+ associates, including permanent staff and contractors.
  • Ensure quality assurance and control systems are in place.
  • Drive continuous improvement in batch throughput, equipment efficiency, and labor productivity.
  • Manage multi-shift operations effectively.
  • Collaborate with different departments to optimize equipment design and safety measures.
  • Lead new product launches and customer visits.
  • Develop training programs to enhance safety awareness.


Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to navigate complex scenarios.
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Experience in plant management within manufacturing.
  • Advanced degree in engineering with at least ten years of industry experience.
  • Preferably certified in six-sigma/lean manufacturing.
