The Role: We are seeking dynamic and engaging individuals to join our team as TikTok Live Hosts. As a TikTok Live Host, you will be responsible for creating captivating live content, engaging with our audience, and driving sales through entertaining and informative live streams.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Host live broadcasts on TikTok, interacting with viewers in real-time and keeping them entertained and engaged throughout the stream.
- Showcase products or services in a natural and engaging manner, with a focus on driving sales and conversions.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to plan and execute live stream content that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Maintain a positive and energetic on-camera presence, keeping viewers entertained and interested in the content being presented.
- Monitor viewer comments and questions during live streams, responding promptly and courteously to ensure a positive user experience.
- Utilize acting skills to convey messages effectively and engage the audience on a deeper level.
- Adhere to a flexible filming schedule, with live streams scheduled 5 days a week for varying durations (3 to 6 hours per day, some weekend days included.)
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in sales and customer service.
- Experience with acting or performing arts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse audience.
- Strong multitasking abilities, able to manage live streams while simultaneously monitoring viewer comments and questions while pinning products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation:
Pay rate: $20-28 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
Shift:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
Weekly day range:
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Commute:
- Los Angeles, CA 90013 (required)
