Front Desk Manager

**Daily activities/responsibilities of Our Front Desk Manager include**:

- Organizing and directing our front desk team
- Ensuring accurate and timely recordkeeping
- Processing invoices, refunds and other transactions
- Balancing rooms inventory
- Managing online reviews and chats
- Responding to guest inquiries
- Performing duties of front desk agents as needed
- Completing mandatory brand training regularly
- Participate in the Manager on Duty program

**A successful Front Desk Manager will have**:

- A strong passion for customer service with past experience in hospitality
- An analytical mind, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for numbers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks
- Proficiency with computers
- A proactive work ethic and self-motivation
- Hands on mentality and will be in the lobby assisting and greeting guests during busy times

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
