Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a **Project Management Level 2/ Principal Project Management Level 3 **to** **join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located **onsite **in** Redondo Beach, California.**

Our Project Managers manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the F-35 Sustainment IPT to ensure suppliers are supporting quoted lead times, contractual delivery dates, Master Repair Agreements (MRA) and other IPT objectives
- Work with supplier management teams to develop, execute, and track negotiation strategies and performance to budget baselin
- Facilitate meetings across functional teams to identify risks, establish mitigation plans, and perform activities related to issue recovery plannin
- Perform roles and responsibilities related to Control Account Manager (CAM) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

**Basic Qualifications**:
**Level 2**:

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree a minimum of 3 years or 1 year of experience with a Masters Degree of combined experience in any of the following: Supply Chain; Project Management, Program Management; Program Scheduling; Program Cost Analysis; Subcontracts Administration; Procurement; Engineering; or Manufacturing Engineering OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with at least 7 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, resource planning or accounting

**Preferred Qualifications**:
SAP Experience
Subcontracts and/or procurement experience
Experience in Supplier Management
Familiarity with the F-35 Program
Control Account Management (CAM) experience
Adept in developing products in MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint

**Level 3**:

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree a minimum of 6 years or 4 years of experience with a Masters Degree of combined experience in any of the following: Supply Chain; Project Management, Program Management; Program Scheduling; Program Cost Analysis; Subcontracts Administration; Procurement; Engineering; or Manufacturing Engineering OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, resource planning or accounting

**Salary Range**:$72,100 - $108,100

**Salary Range 2**:$88,700 - $133,100

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
