**Job Description**:
Saab, Inc. is seeking a motivated Associate (Entry-Level) IT Support Professional to learn and be responsible for the following:
- Providing day-to-day technical support to employees for workplace information and communications technology systems.-
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, workstations, and limited network and system issues in a heterogeneous environment.-
- Maintaining data integrity and file system security for the workplace environment.-
- Communicating highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.-
- Recommending and specifying hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.-
- Participating in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.Travel between our Quincy, MA and Cranston, RI office frequently.-
- Participate in an on-call rotation.-
- Overnight Travel 10%Compensation Range: $54,700-$64,300

Skills and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline. Bachelor's degree is preferred.-
- 2+ years of relevant professional or Co-Op experience.-
- General knowledge and experience with configuring/ troubleshooting Windows-based computers in a business environment with Active Directory.-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-
- Basic Network knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VPN)-
- Excellent Organizational and time management skills-
- Excellent customer service follow-up skillsCitizenship Requirements:
