Overview:
**Duties**:

- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Handle all payroll-related inquiries from employees
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed
- Manages all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assists with bi-weekly billing functions
- Works with the team with general office administration functions

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in analyzing payroll and accounting data
- High attention to detail
- General business knowledge
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Familiarity with ADP software is a plus
- Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Ability to perform account reconciliations accurately
- Associates Degree or equivalent, Bachelors degree in business preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
