**Position Summary**:
Center for Family Services is seeking a full time Behavioral Health Assistant to act as a support to our Prescribers and Patients in our Outpatient Department in Absecon.

**Location**:Absecon, NJ (Atlantic County)

**Job Type/Status**:Full Time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Will work alongside of the Behavioral Health Case Manager to provide support to our team of Prescribers.
- Will assist with managing Prescriber schedules.
- Checks in patients, measures vital signs, and documents all information in preparation for their appointments.
- Assist with providing receptionist coverage and/or assisting with duties such as checking in and directing clients, collecting co-pays, scheduling of client appointments and conduct outreaches to clients who miss or cancel their medication appointments, answering phones, and data entry.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent or an Associate's Degree
- Must have experience working in a medical and/or behavioral health setting.
- Bilingual abilities preferred, but not required (English/Spanish)
- Must have strong organizational skills and will provide excellent customer service.
- Be familiar with Electronic Health Records and will assist with completing chart documentation, as required.
