The Department of Corrections is currently recruiting to fill a Program and Policy Analyst-Advanced position. This position is based out of the Department of Corrections Central Office at 3099 E Washington Ave Madison, WI 53704.
Position Summary

This position coordinates customer service delivery and quality assurance and quality improvement activities statewide. This position analyzes data to assess manufacturing quality challenges in 13 industries, dairy farms, dairy processing, and warehouse and logistics operations.
This position provides advanced research and analysis to identify and clarify quality concerns within any/all of BCE’s 13 diverse industries. leads planning for and implementation of quality assurance and quality improvement program evaluation, and related financial activities This position also leads planning for and implementation of quality assurance and quality improvement program evaluation, and related financial activities of customer service, including the RGA (Return Goods Authorization) process for all customer service returns, refunds, warranty claims, etc. for BCE.
Salary Information

This position is in pay schedule and range 07-03 with pay starting from $54,787 to $90,396.
Pay rates on appointment for current or former state employees may vary according to the applicable pay transaction provisions of the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code.
A twelve-month probationary period is required.

Job Details

The Department of Corrections may conduct pre-employment drug screens. Any applicant who is offered employment in a position which requires a pre-employment drug screen must pass the screen as a contingency of employment.

This position has the flexibility of a hybrid in-office and remote work schedule of up to 3 day/week. Shift: M-F 7:45am
- 4:30pm
