As we approach four decades of unparalleled success, our brand continues to thrive, and as a result, our teams are expanding We are seeking a results-driven individual with a knack for optimizing processes and fostering collaborative relationships to join our team as a **Returns Coordinator**.

**Responsibilities**.
- Work with the back of house returns team to ensure a smooth process when receiving return shipments.
- Reconcile return “Scan Sheets” to ensure accuracy of RTVs against what was received
- Develop a thorough understanding of each department store’s drop-ship channels, procedures, and policies for returns and ensure all Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and policies are met
- Develop a strong understanding of our inventory system (AIMS) and how to process/credit returns depending on the scenario at hand
- Develop relationships across internal and external functions that allow you to come to solutions, influence strategy, plans and work to improve value through service, experience, availability, quality, and cost
- Process returns, troubleshoot questions and problem solve
- Regularly evaluate processes, systems, and procedures and present improvements to the manager
- Other duties and projects as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively
- Ability to effectively communicate with leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and manage personal deliverables and deadlines top of mind
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong writing, phone and presentation skills
- Ability to perform all duties in an accurate, timely, and professional manner within the guidelines of company procedures and policies, while maintaining a flexible approach to resolving consumer requests
