**Administrative Tasks**

Support the CEO and the COO with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files and office supplies

Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients

Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions

Take on special projects with a hands-on approach, from initiation to completion, requiring mínimal supervision

**Personal Assistant Tasks**

Manage a portion of the executives' personal tasks, such as errands, personal shopping, and managing household staff, as needed

Ensure a seamless blend of professional and personal life responsibilities

Assist in event planning and execution for both business and personal functions

**Qualifications**:
Associates or Bachelors Degree

10+ years of work experience, at least 5+ years as an assistant to C suite leadership

Advanced proficiency in Gmail, Google and Apple calendar management, Microsoft Sharepoint and Smartsheets and Google Drive

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
