The Executive Assistant is critical to the success of the firm's leadership. The executive assistant is a problem solver who assists in; editing and reviewing client paperwork, organizing documents; maintaining records; and administrative tasks related to client accounts. Responsibilities include:

- Drafting, editing and responding to client communication
- Drafting or editing client documents and contracts
- Creating posts and updates for Social Media
- Client billing and follow up
- Assistance in preparing newsletters and client mailings
- Organizing and maintaining client records

Essential skills include:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Organizational skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Facebook and other commonly used office programs or software
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Symphony Advancement is a leading local consulting firm serving non-profit and emerging business clients primarily located in the Midwest. Some clients located on the east and west coast. Our primary focus is on increasing client revenues and driving business growth by offering innovative strategies including grants and contracting while also providing marketing support to our clients.

As a twenty year old family run business, we pride ourselves on offering a fun and rewarding environment, which is concerned first with people around us. We offer many opportunities for growth and advancement. Bonus pay and other incentives are available. Such incentives can range from $1000 to $20,000 annually.

The Executive Assistant position is a hybrid position offering the ability to work remotely along with 2-3 days of in-person work at locations across Southeastern Wisconsin. Flexible scheduling is required with evening and some weekend assignments including gala events, fundraisers, photo shoots or networking meetings.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

- Spanish (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Elkhorn, WI: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
