Shipping Center Director

**Job description**
Well-known cross-border E-Commerce logistics enterprises in China, the business scope mainly deals with FBA transit goods, and 3rd party logistics warehousing business. By the end of 2023, the company has set up 20 subsidiaries in China, five -3PL warehouses in the United States and one in the United Kingdom. **Job responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for building a nationwide warehouse and improving the management system of the forwarding center in accordance with the company's strategic development needs. This includes selecting warehouse locations, establishing warehouse operations, team building, and formulating processes and mechanisms.
2. Responsible for organizing, implementing, supervising, and inspecting the operation quality system of the forwarding center, including:
- Responsible for dispatching goods across the United States to ensure optimal cost, highest efficiency, and lowest exception rate.
- Responsible for the development and management of resources for container pickup, mainline transportation, and delivery across the United States to ensure optimal cost and efficiency.
- Managing warehouses across the United States, including ensuring timely and accurate inbound and outbound shipments, as well as 6S management.
3. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to lead the department in influencing the entire chain (including product end, marketing end, and delivery end) to achieve the best delivery objectives centered around customer satisfaction.
4. Participate in the formulation of logistics development strategies and annual business plans.
**Requirements**:
1. Familiar with the current situation and development trends of the logistics industry across the United States, and proficient in modern warehouse/logistics management processes.
2. More than two years of experience in logistics and forwarding center operations management, with **at least five years of team management experience**, and experience working in medium to large enterprises in similar roles.
3. Familiar with operating procedures and quality standards; proficient in logistics and forwarding center operation processes. Possesses excellent process optimization and risk control capabilities. Demonstrates outstanding leadership charisma, decision-making skills, planning and execution abilities, communication skills, negotiation skills, and a sense of responsibility. Demonstrates integrity, ability to handle high work pressure, and a strong spirit of teamwork.
Location: Fontana, CA
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics management or related fields.

3) 管理全美仓库，包括确保货物及时、准确出入库、以及6S管理工作；
3、促进跨部门协同，带领部门影响全链条（包括：产品端、营销端、交付端）实现“以客户为中心”的最佳交付目标；
4、参与制定物流的发展战略与年度经营计划。
**任职要求：**
1. 熟悉全美物流行业现状及发展趋势，熟悉现代仓储/物流管理业务流程;
2. 两年以上物流、转运中心运营管理经验，其中至少5年以上团队管理经验，有中大型企业同岗工作经验；
