**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Representative at Armando Perez State Farm, you will be at the forefront of our agency's growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Sales and Customer Service**: Engaging with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their individual requirements.
- **Building Relationships**: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and retention.
- **Prospecting**: Identifying and pursuing new leads and business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
- **Policy Reviews**: Conducting periodic policy reviews with existing clients to identify additional coverage needs and offer suitable products to enhance their insurance protection.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborating with our dedicated team of insurance professionals to provide outstanding customer service and achieve team goals.

**Qualifications**:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- **Sales Experience**: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we also encourage recent graduates and career changers with a strong desire to excel in sales to apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and the team.
- **Customer-Focused**: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Goal-Oriented**: A self-motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
- **Insurance Knowledge**: While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.
- **Bilingual Spanish**
