We are seeking a dynamic Managing Partner to join us, we are new established company in Houston Tx blending and maufacturing marine chemicals, tank cleaning chemicals and metal cleaning chemicals, looking for well experience sales manager or/and partener to work with us to start up the business.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure operational excellence
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to make informed decisions
- Manage sales activities, including outside sales and technical sales efforts
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff for effective performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Proficiency in sales strategies and business development techniques
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
