**Meet HII's Mission Technologies Division**

**Essential Job Responsibilities**
- Maintaining smooth operations of scheduled events in the SCIRC.
- Monitor all communications and activities on the watch floor to support range users as necessary-coordinate real-time scheduling.
- Ensure the common operational picture is verified for accuracy. Provide range and training area management to all range users. Create Discrepancy Reports to document and provide notifications of incidents, hazards, or mishaps.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Must have experience as Navy Air Intercept Controller or Anti-Submarine Air Controller, or actively engaged in air traffic control at either a TRACON or CATTC facility or a qualified tactical aircrew member of a C2 platform aircraft within two years.
- Experience with Fleet Training operations, air space management, and live-fire and laser authorization procedures.
- Available to telework and report on-site within an hour as required. Must be able to obtain an Interim Security Clearance (or transfer) promptly and maintain a US Government (DOD) Secret Clearance.

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
