**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Prepare real estate document for commercial purchase and refinance transactions.

2. Order and review title search and title insurance commitments; review and summarize requirements and exceptions for potential problems.

3. Perform/coordinate due diligence for real estate transactions, including review and accounting for leases, assignments, governmental approvals, and other contractual obligations.

4. Coordinate and organize documents for multi-asset transactions.

5. Coordinate and manage closing appointments, document recordings, UCC filings, disbursement of funds by wire and checks, and handling post-closing matters.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Experience with commercial settlements, disbursing files, document preparation and escrow accounting.

2. Title insurance underwriter license is highly desired; can be obtained as part of employment.

3. Proficient in SoftPro title and settlement software.

4. Ability to work independently and on multiple projects with minimum supervision.

5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

6. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

7. In-depth knowledge of title insurance and real estate processing.

8. Ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality and discretion when promptly and accurately responding to miscellaneous inquiries.

9. Must be a flexible team player as the company grows.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
